Choose your number of connections (Prime Hosting). Note that you need one connection per TV you want to watch on. If you have the one tv and say your mobile device then you only need the one connection.
If you want to watch on a TV then you need to purchase a Prime Box (one-off payment). Note you need one box and one connection per tv. You do not need a box if you are only watching on your mobile/tablet,
Once ordered your App download instructions along with your login details will be emailed to you. If you have ordered Pime boxe(s) please allow upto 3 working days to get delivered to you.

What is the sign up process?
Once you have subscribed, we will send you an email with all the details and instructions how to get online. We will then send you a second email with your login details and further instructions.
Can I cancel my subscription if I no longer require it?
Yes of course. You will receive an email 2 weeks prior to your subscription coming to an end. If you wish to cancel simply click on the link in the email.
How quickly can I get online
Most users are online within 10 to 15 minutes of signing up. If you get stuck simply reach out to us
I'm not technical. How easy is this to setup?
Very easy. You will get step by step instructions and we also have full video instructions within the Client Portal.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We have great support via the client portal where you can get help and chat with our team as well as getting information on how you can get FREE month added to your subscription.
What channels can I access?
You get access to ALL Sky and TV channels including PPV, movies and sports. You do not have to pay extra for PPV channels as they are included within your subscription. As we are updating our services all the time, new channels such as Amazon Prime and some series from Netflix will also become available.
How good is the streaming?
The streaming is only as good as your internet service. We recommend a minimum of 5Mbps, although we have had no issues with using 4G on mobile phones.
Why do you need my mobile number during signup?
This allows us to do two things:
1. Get your mobile version of the app with the login details to you quicker - we send this information to you on whatsapp and also to your email account as a backup.
2, Add you to our whatsapp support notifications group. This group allows us to get new information, changes and updates out to our clients quicker.
A minimum broadband speed of 5Mbps is required to watch catch up and on demand services – this will count towards any monthly broadband data allowance.
